Any plans to add support for these?

Using the all-too-common 10k NTC resistor based probes might be an inexpensive way to measure temperature, but you do get rather unreliable results... I'd say +- 3C is about as accurate as they get.

I don't think dropping support for "analog" probes is a good idea, but adding the option of using digital ones (maybe as an add-on board?) would be great...
