Hi Guys can you please put the 48W startup limit for the PA2s in the next A5 firmware? My PA2 connected fans are running right on the 2A limit at startup and tripping an overcurrent shutdown sometimes.

Hi Shoggy I can confirm Im running 1011. The unit is fine running up to 2amps, where as before it would only support 1.5A. What Im asking for is for the firmware to allow the 48W startboost limit of the PA2 which is 4A for about 30secs so that the startup current doesnt trip an overload.

I thought the PA2 had a 48W startboost limit for handling high current pump start etc?

Can you please confirm
A)PA2 supports 48w Startboost?
B)Its possible to patch the A5 firmware to take advantage of this?
