As my german is bad, is it possible to change your posts to "Instant email notification" when you subscribe or post a thread??

On the right bottom line you will find a link called 'Bei Antworten benachrichtigen', click it and on the next site you select 'ja'.

I think I have found it.
Is it possible to set to email notification once you have subscribed or posted to a thread?

No, you will have to do it for every thread.

btw: this function is a little bit unstable. Might be possible that you will miss one or antoher email ::)
