Aquasuite Software...why is it doing this?

When I open Aquaero fan settings tab in Aquasuite the settings tabs look weird. It's missing sliders, power settings etc and I can't make any adjustments. Can someone take a look at the photo and tell me what could be wrong and what I need to do to get the settings capabilities back? Is it bug'n out on me?

Something is wrong with you device (Settings).

Reset your device to factory defaults and read first the manual from the download section.

I had to do some cable management and had to remove and reinstall the USB cables and as a result Aquasuite is working fine now.
