Tell us your flow and we'll tell you if it's ok ::).

Any air in the System? What kind of coolers do you use? Coolers like the cuplex pro/xt have a greater flow-resistance than a evo or classic :-/.

no air in the system - well its been running for a couple of months now without having to put more water in ... i have the cuplex pro ... though i think the 1800 is the reason it is so slow? i have a large loop -->

cpu --> ram --> ram --> mosfet --> chipset --> gfx --> 1800 --> flow sensor --> res --> eheim 1048
im thinking about changing my pump to the laing dcc one, is it worth it?

The 1800 doesn't matter, in fact it has a smaller resistance than a 360 (though a statement of AC, I think it's 'cause of less, but longer pipes).
Have you checked the pro for dirt? In the past, there were some people showing pictures were the pro was so full of rubish, that the flow wasm't as high, as it should have been :).
A Liang can help, even if you put it (her?) on 7-8V, but a 1048 should be at least a little bit better (I had a bigger system with a 1048 running and it had a flow of ~49 L/h - without pro, but although much more :-/).

yes the pro has got loads of dirt in .. is it worth upgrading to an XT - i can clean it out but not for enough 2 months - exams. iv heard the XT is better with keeping temps down - as i overclock a lot will it be worth the upgrade?
