Call of Duty, nach einer Zeit schlechte Ping !!

Hi All
ich hab da wieder mal ein problem ein kumpel von mir spielt call of duty im inet mit isdn was eigentlich relativ super geht nur nach einer zeit hat er ne ping von 999 und vorher sowas von 120-240 wie gesagt er hat isdn, gibs da ne moeglichkeit in irgendeiner config was zu veraendern oder irgendwo was einzustellen so wie bei counterstrike ??? ?? Os ist Windows Xp proffessional
