welche Prgramme bzw. Tools sollten nach einer kompletten Neuinstallation von Windows auf einem PC mit Internet DSL installiert werden?

Bigfixes für Windooof, Virenscanner, eventuell Firewall.

vernünftiger Browser, vernünftiger Dateimanager (z.B. Total- oder Speedcommander), Openoffice

für die windowsupdates würde ich mir am besten mal das passende updatepack (SP1 oder SP2) bei www.winfuture.de saugen, da das offline ausführbar ist...

danach online: updates

und dann eben opera, open office.. etc :>
