Outstanding cable management. :) Great work.

Yo!

Great Mod. Very fine.
But the thing I like the most is the cable management, as DSEDS said... it's .....  :o ;D

Would you please post some pictures that show, how you managed that problem???

@ DSEDS: Please change you nick.. it spontaneusly reminds me at "Deutschland sucht den Superstar" and the show sucked ;D

@ Manuel - those cases do look nice - I'm not sure how I could make them look much better though. ;D

@ DSEDS & snippy - my hardest problem was probably with the RS232 Serial lead for the CrystalFontz display.
It would have been easier if was USB - I could have made a cable to go to the motherboard pins but I made a slot for it next to the PSU and it plugs in the back instead.

All the loose cable is behind the motherboard tray except the Eheim pump cable - I cut off the plug and soldered a 3 pin socket to it, which is now mounted above the PSU.
(I use two power leads now).

I used polyester sleeving and heatshrink to manage the PSU cables by taking the pins out from the 12v/5v molex connectors but I found the main ATX lead (stromstecker?) more difficult to do, so I did this...

... and just used the polyester sleeve with a cable tie (instead of heatshrink) for now.

Here you might see the cabling better

and here is a closer look at the inside

The front panel connector was the easiest one to do... ;)

Ah, I forgot to say - the case feet are from a Pioneer CT-W504R twin cassette deck. ;D
The chieftec feet are in the way of the radiator otherwise, so they had to go...

(and sadly that was not my German - it was Babelfish' :-[) ;)

Glaubt ihr, hier besseres Englisch sprechen zu müssen als Deutsch?

Is nich böse gemeint, aber dieser Entschuldigungswahn greift in diesem Forum langsam um sich :)
