SDK and 64 bits

Monday, August 10th 2009, 4:48pm

Hello,

We arrive to the 64bits generation of OS, so do you planned to generate a SDK in 64 bits ? Actualy, the USB.dll is no compatible with 64 bits.
Another way is to run this dll in 32 bit mode, but i don't know how ?

Until there is a 64 bit- version you could install a small linux- distri on an usb- stick to configure the aquasuite.
Once it is configured properly you just have to wait - i hope there will be 64 bit compatible version soon as well.

So, Aqua-computer planned a 64 bits version of the SDK (when) , or not ?

Since customers buying ac products try wielding the very best performance due to ocing etc. most of them will run 64 bits or plan to do so.

I am quite sure this will be on a to- do list since no one will buy a high- end component which cannot be controlled by a high - end system.

Errrm, the aquasuite is already fully compatible to 64bit since a long time ;)

It is only the SDK which runs in 32bit which would also work on a 64bit system by the way.
