problem with log data ,i am i doing something wrong?

it will lock up at 59%,i just updateded my fw on the aquaero 5 and on my mps. when u get done with what u want to put into the log data do u have to syncronize your log data.here is a picture of what i see.....is syncronizing your log data mean syncronize with your aquaero right..lol.. if i am doing something wrong please tell me.thanks all .do u guys have any documents on the aquasuite 2012 yet , there is alot of stuff in the aquasuite 2012 that i dont know what it does or what its for..lol i never got use to the beta version..lol thanks again

Two possible problems: instable USB communication or there is some faulty entry inside the log data. If there is nothing important inside you should delete all log data from the device. Afterwards it should work correctly with some new data.
