aquasuite 4.72 - windows 8.1 ?

aquasuite 4.72 - windows 8.1 ?

hi!

I have upgraded from windows 7 to windows 8.1
I am trying to install aquasuite 4.72 (i have an aquaero 4 usb) but when I get a message

".NET runtime library v 2.0 or newer is required. you have."

I have the latest runtime library (I think 4..).

where is the problem??

Windows 8.1 It is not compatibile with aquaero 4??

It is compatible. You just have to install .NET 3.5 - it includes NET 2.0

I have installed net. 3.5 and aquasuite work! but aquaero not recongnized into aquasuite, even if it is still working "standalone" with my old setup on windows 7:(

still not working..

I can open aquasuite but no device showed.
If I select "find usb device", nothing found.

I windows aquaero was before "aquabus" but with driver problem and now is "generic usb hub"...

please help me

The device is not found from the OS.
Try to plug/unplug the aquaero. Try it with a other USB port.

tried but nothing changes..

it is "generic hub usb"



and the drivers are usb3uhb3.sys and asusfilter.sys ...

are there specific driver?

The device is not correctly registered (USB). Until the usb is not correctly initialized the aquasuite cannnot find the device.

ok i know..
but how I have to proceed??
I tried all internal and esternal usb and same problem.
are there specific driver that I can "force" to install ?

this morning i tried plugging the aquaero to a laptop with windows 8.1 and everything is fine!
plugged then installed as "aquaero 4.00".
on my pc is installed as "aquahub" and not working :(

dont know why it is not working on my pc, maybe the new motherboars asus
maximus vi hero (I red of problems with asus mainboard..).
so, for the moment I will configure the profile on the laptop and let it work stand alone on my pc.
maybe I have to wait some new bios from asus

I need an info :
- how can i change language on aquaero display??
