Voltage pump

Hello All!

Yesterday I installed a pump Aquasteam Ultra.
Only after having looked into AquaSuite, that tells me a voltage 16.7V ...
See the screen. Is this normal?

It looks like you are in a DEMO page. What version of Aquasuite are you running?

Check the values with the aquasuite 2013.
When your psu is not defect the pump is defect, 16V is not mormal. Write a mail to info@aqua-computer.de.

Mail already done.
i'm waiting for an answer

that volage value is typical when the overvoltage protection has been damaged (by an overvoltage), but it also could have other reasons.

i'm just disapointed...95€ this pump and its defect...and 10€ to repair it.
Aquacomputer it's an end for me !
