reason i ask is im getting a x99 m/b which comes with a fan card that i wont be using so i figured id help a fellow user in need

Can I ask why we can't buy/sell our old or unused AC parts here through the forum? Seems a bit draconian to not allow it, as it is not a reasonable request.

Because things will go bad and affected users will contact us even though we have noting to do with it.
