What does the highlighted icon do?
I thought maybe read the selected file from disk, but am not sure, and it is not covered in the aquaero manual.

I believe my initial suspicion is correct, it reads and loads the selected profile.
If I have no saved profile selected, it does nothing.
If I click it with a profile selected, the selected profile is loaded, same as double-clicking a profile.

This icon is simply a "load" command for the current selected profile.
