It says can control 3 RGB Leds, but I only see one header for the RGB Led. So do you need to make a Y connector or three way connector?

It can control 3 LEDs but not 3 RGB LEDs. You could use every single channel for a single LED. Connecting more is not possible because it would overload the output.

Thank You, I see now an RGB when all colors are on is the same as 3 leds.
