usb connection problem of Aquero 5 lt

usb connection problem of Aquero 5 lt

Hello,

I just bought a Aquero 5 LT, I made all the connection correctly, but can not have access to the Aquero on Aquasuite, it strikes me that the usb connection is not good. I tested with different usb cable that works very well for instance with the powerajust 3. But nothing works he will not make the connection with the USB cable.
Yet powerajust 3 and Farbwek works very well on Aquasuite
Is the product has a defect?

Just to start somewhere, you have confirmed the USB connectors are oriented properly?

Yes everything is properly connected.

Once information if it will help the red LED that confirms the connection flashes

The red LED on my unit is constant red while USB is plugged in.

Perhaps best if you contact support at support@aqua-computer.de.
They may be busy for the next couple of days, it looks like something new may be be released tomorrow, so be patient :)
