Aquabus only found 1X D5 Next Please Help !!

Hi

Is there anyone knows what went wrong ? my 6XT aquabus only found 1 D5 Next

why other one could not be found ?? And also my MPS 400 flow no reading no idea what went wrong ( it was working before )
Please help out
