New D5 Next Miss RGB LED

Just got a new D5 NEXT pump from Performance PC's recent shipment. I noticed there was a dark spot on the RGB Ring. After taking off the cap and silicone diffuser, i noticed that the RGB LED was never installed?
Couldn't find a contact for your tech support. Please Advise.
