bent tubing

When my airplex evo 360 arrived today I found that both the inlet and outlet tube was bent so tightly towards the radiator edge that it was impossibly to screw down the hose connectors.
I suppose it would be easy to adjust this by a firm twist from a polygrip plier.... but would this void the guarantee?
Do you have any suggestions?

Thats a hard one.....

If it was me id try and bend it back, mainly cos i couldnt be bothered to send it back

bend it back VERY carefully.

don't use a tool. only with your hand. (language question: "just with your hand" or "only with your hand"??)

yeah... but if you´re some kind of king-kong impersonator and rip off the tubing right out the radiator, then you should start worrying about warranty...
