OCTO Firmware HELP!

This is the second OCTO that I have been trying to install under the X.26 Aquasuite. The firmware fails to update every time with the below message. Th firmware is currently 1002. Can anyone help me please?

Disconnect every other internal USB Device, connect the octo device direct without a usb hub, try a other usb port.
