Are there plans to make an XCS terminal that works with 1-slot SLI setups?

I'd like to put four cards into my machine with 1-slot spacing (cards in slots 1, 3, 5, 7) but it looks like the terminal on the XCS is just a little bit too wide for that. Are there any plans to either make an SLI adapter or make a terminal with the ports facing out instead of up?

I lined them up and it looks like there's no adapter that could work here. There simply isn't enough space. It would be really nice if there were a terminal block with the ports on this top face, otherwise this setup cannot be used for multiple GPU rigs.

If memory serves, some time ago there was mention of developing a terminal block vertically oriented similar to EK's FC Terminals, but I have sen nothing to date.

Just a plain one with a flat top would be great. I bought four of these blocks & backplates for my rig, but I can use only two of them because of this limitation. :(
