Software erkennt fälschlicherweise 12V RGB von meinen EKWB-Geräten. (Farbwerk USB)

Hi, I'm using Google Translate for this because I'm from the US and I only speak English. Sorry if the translation is bad. I ordered a USB Farbwerk from an online shop, and when I connect my EKWB 5V aRGB, the software detects a 12V strip. Some colors light up, but they are wrong and glitchy. I updated the firmware, and that didn't help. Any suggestions? How can I get the Farbwerk to correctly recognize the 5V a-RGB strips in the EK devices?

What did you buy exactly? Farbwerk (12V) or Farbwerk360 (5V ARGB)?

I use three EK devices to connect farbwerk 360
All use +5v socket to connect them and they work normally
A certain channel also drives six LED strips at the same time
EK devices are all +5v supply voltage :)
