Quadro will not apply settings

Hello,

I am having an issue with my external Quadro, it's not obeying anymore, all fans go up to 100% speed. When I set it back to 40% it doesn't do anything.

Can you help?

My problem has been solved by support team, it was probably an issue with the memory of the Quadro.
