High Flow Next conductivity is at 0 µS/cm since the installation date

Hello,
I just realised that something might be wrong with my High Flow Next as the conductivity reading is at 0 µS/cm since the beggining of the loop, I am using DP Ultra clear as coolant and I have the loop active since August 2021.
Anybody else having similar issue?
