Aquastream Ultra to Ultimate kit?

What's the positive and negative impacts? I think I got both Aquaero 3 and 4 versions.

Here is the comparison chart for the different Aquastream Pump versions:

Aquaero 3 and 4 dont work with modern computers anymore.
