Log Data Chart issue on Display Page

Wednesday, February 23rd 2022, 11:02pm

Seeing an anomaly on a Data Log chart generated with the Analyze Data function when shown on a Display page. (discussed once before)The chart displays correctly in the Analyze data function, but fails when the Display page shows it.

Wow. You are right. I wonder if the curve related to that offset Y-axis is also offset. It's not a large amount "physically" but depending on what the Y-Axis is representing, and at what scale, the offset could be significant. I do recall your first post about this but I don't recall you getting a response from Aquacomputer.

Update

Friday, February 25th 2022, 1:16am

  • changed the scaling for the three Y-axis from 820, 820, 8.20 to 870, 870, 8.70
  • no other changes made
  • the Y axis' all display correctly now (correct.jpg)
Both charts had three Y axis'.
Both charts exhibited the issue on Y-axis 1.
Both charts had the Y axis 1 low at 0, and the high at either 830 or 820.

Edit: further update
- returned Y-axis to 820, 820, 8.2 to check
- now the charts correctly at the old setting
- looks like this issue will get corrected only under a most fortuitous accident
