Assistance in setting up fill level sensor?

Needing some help with setting up the fill level sensor with the equalization membrane. I have it setup on the device sensor itself however the Level calibration will always show 100% even when less. Also it does not show up on the Aquaero Aquasuite settings. Any assistance would be graciously appreciated.
