Kryographics 2080 ti block pad thickness

Howdy folks,

I believe, based on other threads, that these are ALL .5mm, but just looking to confirm that this productis in fact shipped with .5mm pads.

Same question for the active back plate as well.

This is more of a user's forum. Aquacomputer reps do respond to posts here but its hit or miss. I have had much better luck with emailing support or posting on the Aquacomputer Vendor Thread under r/Watercooling.
