Yes, it´s possible.

I´ve made an Y cable splitter and have connected 3 12cm. papst fans on one channel, but I think it would be better stay with 2 fans on each channel.

Have in mind that you have 5W per channel. Look at the specifications of the fans you have to not overpass this limit.

I have 4 fans:
PAPST 4412 F/2GLLL
they are 0.72W each

I have the big huge monster radiator, which I would like to cover with fans. :o ;D :o

this is possible. together, these 4 fans have less than 5 W (exactly 2,8

. You could use all of your fans in one channel or each fan in one channel and then add other fans with an y-cable.
