Aquasuite D5 Next not updating firmware

Hi, so I just bought an Ultitube 200 with a D5 Next pump, and am trying to use it with aquasuite, it says I need to update the firmware to use it with aquasuite, however when I click the firmware update button it always fails.
I've followed the instruction of disconnecting from the PSU several times, but it's still not working.
Anyone know what to do?

Try a different USB port and maybe also different power plug.

Disconnect everything else from the pump (fans, LEDs etc.).

You can also pull off the controller unit from the pump and try it in a different PC. Please be aware that the controller will start to beep because of the missing pump signal but that can be ignored and it is still possible to update the firmware.
