High Flow NEXT reading 0 flow at 100% on D5 pump.

My High Flow NEXT has stopped reading flow and is always at 0 even though I know the water is flowing at a high speed. 100% on a D5.

Is there a rebuild or cleaning procedure that I might follow to fix this?

It's been in my system and working great since January 2022.
