aquasuite setup failed - Connection to Aqua Computer server failed

I updated aquasuite to latest version without realizing my subscription was over, so I wanted to uninstall and reinstall older version. But after uninstalling aquasuite, running aquasuite setup (version 2.7.0.0) fails, as shown in attached image.

I'm using QUADRO in Windows 11. I'm just running default Windows Defender, and I tried running installer with firewall turned off and in safe mode with networking, but neither worked. I checked Event Viewer logs but didn't find anything, at least with current log level configuration. Also confirmed that system time and date are set correctly. Also tried redownloading new installer.

I was able to resolve this - I was using LAN dns that didn't have dns-over-https - after i switched windows to use dns-over-https, aquaservice setup worked properly.
