Aquacomputer Ampinel & RTX 5090 Gainward Phantom — Type A or Type B?

Hi all,

I'm planning to order an Ampinel for my current build and want to make sure if my graphic card is compatible and select the correct connector orientation before purchasing.

My GPU is the Gainward RTX 5090 Phantom. The 12V-2x6 cable would pass underneath the graphics card and connect from below, or at most from the side (but still routed from underneath), to the graphics card. What should i chose, type A or B?

If this shows your card, then you have to use Type B. It will look like this:



Type A won't work at all with the stock heatsink.

The last question is, if I buy the ampinel to monitoring voltage and temperature its all included or i must buy optional cable ti connect to motherboard?

The USB cable is already included.

AMPINEL allows to connect one external temperature sensor. If you maybe want to monitor a specific spot in addition, you could add one to your order:

check your cpu cooler.
if you use a big air cooler... ampinel could be in it's way.
