Asus 6800 Ultra compatibility?

What is the consensus on whether the current AquagraFX rev 2 coolers will fit the Asus 6800 Ultra cards. Some people here in the states are saying that they don't fit. Is this true?

Where is a list that shows which cards your combo coolers are compatible with?

Are the Twinplex's compatible with this card?

i would have thought the twinplex is compatible.

is the layout different on these cards then? if they are reference design, there shouldn't be any problems, or is there something else getting in the way?

not sure about the Asus 6800 ultra's, but they fit both my
XFX 6800 ultra. tho i did have a heart stopping moment, but
i managed to get it to fit ok. i just had to replace the screws
that came with the aquagraFX's with longer version. other
than that they fit like a glove.

i would have thought so long as its based on a stock design
you should be ok

Well Asus cards rarely use reference designs, which I assume is why they work so much better.

oh i see.

well, in that case, AC are hardly likely to make a cooler for just one make and model of card, then are they?

fair enough if it's a range (like the 6800 range) which would encompass several manufacturers, but for just one card? nah don't see it myself.
