which twinplex fits a 6600gt PCI-E gfx card and what ram coolers wud any recommend?

Any of the TwinPlex's fit. Are you asking what mounting screen you need? If so either the chipset or the Gigabyte screen should work properly with plain old ramsinks. Or you could go for a AquagraFX cooler as well.
