Very nice picture 
, but on the picture there are only 2 Dimm's cooled or am I wrong?
It will only fit if the space between de DIMM's is bigger than the space between the "heatspreader's" of the ramplex.
"space between the "heatspreader's" of the ramplex." I mean the blue space on the picture.
If I am talking crap here, please say it.
Or just an answer that it will fit would be awesome too!

Found something:
Montage Ramplex
He used this motherboard, the dimm slot's are even closer on that motherboard, so I'll think it will fit, going to place the order soon, I will post some results then.
