A question about flow rate

Tuesday, October 28th 2008, 1:49am

Hey guys I’m new to water-cooling and I got a question that I hope you can help me with.

I just got my Aquaduct 240 Pro Mark II, AC Cuplex XT di and AC aquagraFX GTX 280. Hardware installation went fine but when I installed aquasuite 4.64.00 I see that the flow rate is 0.00! Did I miss something? What should I do about that?

Is there a flow sensor in the loop? I am not sure the aqua duct 240 has one.

I thought the Aquaduct 240 Pro Mark II would have a build-in flow sensor. I didn’t add a flow sensor myself. I can disable the ‘Flowsensor connected’ option in the picture above and it will then ghost the Waterlevel options at the bottom – should I do that?

So far I am very impressed with AC’s water-cooling but I sure could use a detailed manual to the aquasuite software …

The aquaduct 240 has no integrated flow sensor. The sensor is also necessary to meassure the fill level.

But you can connect an optional flow sensor.
