new: aquagrafx G200 for GTX280 graphics cards

Thursday, June 19th 2008, 1:21am

Two days after the start of the new Nvidia G200 generation we can present you the aquagrafx G200 which was already announced a while ago.

The cooler is produced from highly purified electrolysis copper and provides an extremely high cooling capacity. Due to the up to 20mm broad channles inside the block it has an extremely low flow resistance.

The copper plate of the cooler is approx. 8 mm strong and weighs approx. 660 g completely. It is CNC milled from a solid raw part of almost 2.2 kg of copper.

The GPU area is covered by an optimized cooling surface which offers around. 25% more surface than the one used until now.

The GPU, video chip, RAMs and voltage regulators are covered by the block. Altogether, 17 components on this card are cooled by the aquagrafx G200.

The connections are G 1/4". The price will amount to EUR 94.90. The delivery starts in the middle of next week but you can already preorder.

Here the pictures:

Aquatuning is a German reseller of watercooling stuff and not a manufacturer ;)

Well, we will not produce anything for the other site of the card.

Are your AquagraFX g/card waterblocks in parallel?
I don't understand how the Twin-connect works.

well there are several ways to connect those block .. you can either connect them serial or paralell it up to you realy ... i connected them like this because its not realy any temp differents .. some ppl claim that the flow in one of the blocks might stop and overheat but i guess if you have a powerful enough pump it wont happen.
if you want more pictures you can allways take a look at my worklog ( its in norwegian ) but you can just watch the pictures also:D
