Has the auqa drive colour changed? it now looks like champagne/beige than silver?

The aquadrive ist still made of innox stainless steel.
Its just a effect of the photo.

OK, I was thinking what about black aquadrives, maybe anodised steel/aluminium. Iam talking about the front part of the 5/1/4 face.

then you have to color it on your own. ac prefers the innox style and won´t change to another kind of surface or color @ this product.

OK maybe a black anodised aluminium plate replacing the silver one on the aquadrive? I could do it with a coolermaster 5/1/4 plate then screw it on to the front of the drive. AHH what about the aqua drive logo and " made in germany" how can I add that?

maybe laser ? or something like a cnc could help.
normally it would be much easier to paint it in the color you would like to have...

I think the best way would be to use a drive plate, cut and shaped to fit over the aquadrive front. I was also thinking of putting an LCD in front of it.

i guess, the front-panel is one of the parts, which keep the aquadrive together. using an aluminium panel could result in worse temperatures and even losing the stability of the "package".
i would prefer painting the originl inox-plate, too.

You wrong!
A lot of people here has reportet that they had changed the pannel (stelth mod!) without problems or high temp.
