Glaubs mir, komplett bestrichen verschlechtern sich die Temps weil der Druck innen direkt über dem DIE geringer ist, aussen liegt der Kühler dann nämlich mit auf (wo er meistens auch noch minimal höher ist bzw. kantig).
Kannst ja mal testen, probiere es einmal mit komplett bestrichenem Heatspreader und dann einmal nur mit einem Punkt, wirst sehen komplett bestrichen deckt mittig nicht so gut ab! Bei AC5 sieht man es recht deutlich...
Übrigens: Das sind offizielle Bilder von Arctic Silver und somit keine Spinnerei/Vermutungen von irgend jemandem

Ich hab das gleiche Sys und es läuft Kühler :

Und ich habe das Gefühl Ihr wolltet hier nicht wirklich helfen.
Irgendwie hab ich auch noch das Gefühl MIB hat schon ne Lösung gefunden und Ihr habt nen Topic mit euren tollen Beiträgen wieder hochgeholt.
