1. nen kleines Proggi auf Exel basis, kann ich dir Mailen wenn du willst, beinhaltet auch noch ein paar andere nützliche Sachen...

Ansosnsten gild die Formel "NS / 1000 = MHZ"

4 NS = 250 Mhz...
