Problem mit Athlon XP und Motherboard

Olà

Ich habe einen neuen PC zusammengestellt, alles läuft perfekt, nur wird der Prozessor (AMD +2800) in Windows XP nur als und im Bios nur als 1.2 GHz CPU angezeigt. Das sollte nicht sein, denke ich mal. :

Motherboard ist ein ASUS A7N8X2.0, Bios Rev 1003
Corsair Memory TWINX1024-2700LL, DDR-Dimm 2x 512 MB, PC-2700, CL2
Was könnte das sein? Verzeifelt bin ich noch nicht, der Rest läuft.

fsb auf 166mhz und multi auf 12.5?

wie Vorgänger, im Bios fsb 166 und Multi 12,5 einstellen.

Und die Bios Rev für dein Board ist auch nicht mehr ganz aktuell,

für das A7N8X Deluxe Rev 2.0 gibts mittlerweile Bios Revision 1005. würd ich bei gelegenheit auch mal flashen.....
