Hab ich euch jetzt richtig verstanden:

Wenn ich einen P4 übertakten will (z.B. 2,6C) lieber einen Speicher mit höherer Grundfrequenz (z.B. DDR 433/466) nehmen, da man mit dem FSB noch stark hoch will und Timings dann eh egal sind, weil der P4 lieber "Durchzug" hat, als schnelle Timings.
