Allte PCI-Graka problemlos nutzbar?

Hi!

Kann ich eine alte PCI-Grafikkarte problemlos in einem A7N8X (nForce2) betreiben oder gibts da Dinge, wie bei älteren 3,3V-AGP-Karten zu beachten?

Edit: Das Board unterstützt PCI 2.2 Standard, d.h. max Taktrate 66 MHz und Spannungen von 5 V (alt), sowie 3,3 V (neu). Dürfte also nix schief gehen.

PCI ist (wenn man mal von PCI-64 und PCI-X absieht) fast komplett abwärts kompatibel...

Allerdings solltest du nicht zu viel erwarten... selbst die Luna/Windows-Overfläche stellt sich durch die sehr geringe bandbreite ruckelig da...

Es soll mit Windows 2000 vorrübergehend funktionieren. Die PCI-Karte ist von SiS ;D und hat 4 MB

Edit: Nur für MS Excel und MS Word.

2.Edit: PCI 2.2 ist ja 64-Bit fähig?
