SSD nur mehr 3 MB/s, access time ok

Hallo,

woran kann sowas liegen? Meine SSD lief lange tadellos, neuerdings hab ich nur mehr 3 MB/s transfer, access time aber weiter 0.1s

Mtron Mobi MSD 3000 16GB, lief monatelang spitze. SATA-Controller onboard, Gigabyte GA-P35-S3G

müsste die access time nicht auch im Eimer sein wenns an Kabel oder Controller liegt?
