Mozilla kann bei mir auf manchen seiten keine ö, ä, ü, ss darstellen und ersetzt die dann durch fragezeichen.
an was liegt des, und kann man des ändern

Menüzeile -> View -> Character Coding -> auf einen Western Typ umstellen (ISO-8859-1 oder ISO-8859-15 sind es meist, manchmal funzt auch UTF-8 (Unicode)).
