cpu-z 120 a funtzt nicht hilfe !

Hi hab mir cpu-z rundergezogen kann mir einer sagen wie mann das aktiviert. das steht immer driver error. An  error occurend when opening the driver cpu-z will launch but all information won´t be available. zeigt dann nur cpu information und cpu takt an  kein FBS takt und memory information usw. Danke euch !
