Daten auf dem Desktop ?

hi,
ich habe schon mehrfach Desktops gesehen wo Daten angezeigt werden, z.B. einfache Sachen wie Uhrzeit Datum etc, aber auch Daten wie Temperatur und Auslastung des Systems.

WIe geht sowas ?
