irc bots ?

Hi,
ich habe jetzt nen Server, mit dem OS Windows 2003 Server Enterprise Edition. Ich frage mich jetzt wie ich IRC bots erstellen kann, und sind die dann immer on? rauben die viel Internet Speed?

eggdrop zum beispiel

und die sind solange on wie dein pc on is

und nein die rauben net viel speed

Ähm ich weiß nicht ob ich was nicht mitbekommen hab, aber ich weiß nicht welches programm ich wie installieren soll um nachher einen eggdrop zu haben ?
