Das ist ne BIOS Option. Ich kann es auf disabled und enabled stellen. Standardmäßig ist es auf disabled. Was bewirkt diese Einstellung?

Hmm, da steht ja das man es auf optimal und agressive stellen kann, wobei ich bei nur auf enabled wechseln kann.

Die Standarteinstellung ist auf Optimal (also bei dir disabled). Somit müssten die aggressiven Timings bei Enabled sein.
Aber ich habe das auch nur schnell bei google gesucht, Erfahrungen habe ich damit absolut nicht!
